Anton Alexander Palmer works across supported living, domiciliary care and the property behind them.
He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Medical Biochemistry, then spent four years at Lloyds Bank advising high-net-worth clients from 1998 to 2002, managing investments for private clients and qualifying through the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He has been Managing Director and Principal Investor since 2002, with full profit-and-loss accountability and responsibility for corporate structuring across property and regulated care. He has built and sold businesses on both the operating and the property side, working across England and Scotland.
His current projects include a strategic land and development programme across the Cotswolds that has been under way since January 2026, scheduled through to 2030. He is separately acquiring a group of CQC-regulated care businesses.
His credentials include Chartered Manager Fellow status with the Chartered Management Institute, a postgraduate certificate in Strategy, Leadership and Change from the University of Bristol, and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors candidacy on the executive accelerated pathway. He began an MSc in Major Programme Management at Oxford's Saïd Business School in 2026.
